Itinerary

DAY 1

Day 1: Arrival in Gangtok

Arrival at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station.
Meet and greet by our representative.
Transfer to Gangtok (approximately 4-5 hours drive).
Check-in at the hotel.
Evening at leisure to explore MG Marg, the popular shopping street in Gangtok.
Dinner at a local restaurant (own expense).
Overnight stay in Gangtok.

DAY 2

Day 2: Gangtok Local Sightseeing

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to: Rumtek Monastery, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. Enchey Monastery, known for its serene ambiance. Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom to witness traditional Sikkimese art and craft. Lunch at a local restaurant. Explore Namgyal Institute of Tibetology and Do Drul Chorten Stupa. Optional: Ropeway ride to enjoy panoramic views of Gangtok (additional cost). Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

DAY 3

Day 3: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

Breakfast at the hotel. Full-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (also known as Changu Lake), a glacial lake at an altitude of 12,400 feet. Visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a shrine dedicated to an Indian Army soldier. Lunch at a local restaurant near Tsomgo Lake. Return to Gangtok in the evening. Dinner at a local restaurant (own expense). Overnight stay in Gangtok.

DAY 4

Day 4: Departure from Gangtok

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out from the hotel. Transfer to Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station for departure.
